The Hearsay and The Rumor:
 

The September 2006 issue of Time Magazine carries an article about the very real possibility of a U.S. invasion of Iran in the not too distant future.  According to Time, a ‘Prepare to Deploy Order’ was sent through the channels by Naval Communications to a United States Navy Aegis-class submarine cruiser, two minesweepers and two mine hunters.  The order fell short of actually ordering the ships out to sea; however, it did say that they should be ready to move by October 1, 2006.  A deployment of this nature to the east coast of Iran suggests that the much rumored about secret plan is no longer in the planning stage and that the United States is now preparing for war with Iran.
 

In an interview recently aired on CNN, retired Air Force Colonel Sam Gardiner emphatically stated that the United States military has been conducting clandestine operations inside Iran and that there is a good possibility that it has been going on for more than 18 months.  He also stated that the officials from the State Department as well as the Defense Department refused to attend a hearing to which they were called by the House Committee on Emerging Threats for the sole purpose of ascertaining whether on not the United States was conducting military operations inside Iran. 
 

Around Washington, several former U.S. defense officials who maintain close ties to the Pentagon say they’ve been told that plans for air strikes in Iran are being updated and U.S. intelligence and counterterrorism officials aligned with the more liberal Democrats are now saying that George Bush’s political appointees and hard-liners on Capitol Hill have tried recently to portray Iran’s nuclear program as more advanced than it is and to exaggerate Tehran’s role in Hezbollah’s attack on Israel in mid-July. However, at this point the entire debate appears to be little more than the normal bickering of Democratic politicians unhappy with the Bush administration. Despite the allegations of over-exaggeration by the Bush appointees, the officials and foreign countries that were skeptical about Iraq seem to be in agreement that Iran is seeking a nuclear weapon; furthermore, the consensus of most nations is that Tehran is the No. 1 state sponsor of terrorism in the world.
 

The Facts:
 

The recent conflict between Israel, Hezbollah in Lebanon and Hamas in Palestine has illuminated Iran’s factual role in the support of worldwide terrorism and anti-American sentiment. While most of the information released to the American public is not new, it has never caught the short attention span of the American people in the past like it has recently. 
 

The terrorist group Hamas, long known for their hate-filled public displays of armed radical masses and children displaying automatic weapons and hand grenades, their numerous suicide bombings targeting Israeli buses, nightclubs and school children, is strongly influenced by Syria and Iran.  In the aftermath of the Palestinian electoral success of Hamas and the ensuing mandate that they govern the Palestinian territories, the organization came under intense pressure by both internal and external forces to officially recognize Israel’s right to exist as a sovereign nation and debates along these lines were being conducted within the Palestinian government.  The governments of both Syria and Iran felt that these discussions were a threat to their agenda of unifying the entire Muslim world against Israel and the United States.  The agenda of the Iranian government required a number of important goals be met to achieve their ends.  They needed to stop the Palestinian government from recognizing Israel and they needed to do it in a manner so spectacular that it would distract world attention from Iran’s nuclear ambitions.   As the debate in Palestine reached the point of imminent agreement and mere days before the Group of Eight meeting took place in St. Petersburg to discuss Iran’s refusal to comply with demands to curtail their development of nuclear weapons, Hamas leadership in Damascus, prompted by the leaders of Syria and Iran, ordered Hamas to attack the Israeli military installation which resulted in the deaths of several Israeli soldiers and the abduction of one.  The Israeli response to this unwarranted attack was entirely expected and anticipated by the leaders of Hamas, Iran and Syria, in fact, the expected military response by Israel was an integral part of the strategy by those who designed the attack.  The Israeli military response that followed and the resulting high Palestinian casualties completely scuttled the growing Palestinian consensus that Israel’s right to exist as a sovereign nation should be officially recognized by the Hamas-run government.  All things considered, the Iranian strategy to foil the recognition of Israel was brilliantly conceived and carried out and, regardless of the Palestinian casualties that concerned them little, the plan was a complete success.  A few days following the Hamas attack on Israel, the terrorist Lebanese group Hezbollah abducted another two Israeli soldiers on the Lebanese-Israeli border, demonstrating clearly that Hamas and Hezbollah had coordinated their actions to provoke a large-scale confrontation with Israel.
 

The terrorist group Hezbollah was launched in the early eighties by Iran’s Ayatollah Khomeini to spread the Islamic Shia revolution. Iran has maintained contingents of their Revolutionary Guards in Lebanon, the most strategic area outside its own borders where Tehran can exercise influence. Western diplomatic and intelligence sources estimate that there are several hundred Revolutionary Guards operating in the Hezbollah-controlled Beqaa valley where they provide operational training to Hezbollah’s guerilla forces. While Iran insists that all aid to Hezbollah is humanitarian in nature and primarily consists of moral support, Iran has long been known to be the key financial patron of Hezbollah and the relationship between Iran and the Lebanese Hezbollah has grown significantly since 2000, when Israel’s withdrawal from southern Lebanon provided the militant group with better opportunities to expand the scope of its activities in that region.  Furthermore, Syria’s 2005 military withdrawal from Lebanon has further strengthened this relationship.  Previously, Syria and Iran competed for the loyalty of Hezbollah. Since Syria withdrew its troops from Lebanon and solidified the relationship with Iran to the point of having one unified strategy, the signals to the terrorist group are more consistent and the supply line of military goods from Iran to Hezbollah through Syria is unhindered.  
 

Iran started the war between Palestine, Lebanon and Israel for three reasons: to ease pressure on Hamas from within the Palestinian community to recognize Israel; to undermine democracy in Lebanon, which was adversely impacting Syria; and to distract world attention from the dispute caused by the Iranian nuclear program.  Iran remains a major threat to all Moderate Arab governments as well as to the peace of the entire Middle Eastern region.  The vision of Iran’s leadership is one in which the entire Middle East falls under their control, Democracy is rejected from the region and Islamic law prevails uncontested, Israel is destroyed and it’s people slaughtered, the United States is driven from Iraq and Afghanistan in shame and the Muslim world becomes one unified world force under the protection of Iran’s nuclear umbrella.
 

There is significant proof that Iran is behind the majority of insurgent attacks on U.S. military personnel operating in Iraq.  Iran has not been all that discreet in their efforts to enlist the help of volunteer terrorists from every Muslim country on the planet.  Iran has not only encouraged their participation in terrorist activities against the U.S. led effort in Iraq, Iran has paid for their travel expenses, outfitted them with arms and explosives, given them training and financing their operations after they arrive.  In fact, reports of European Muslims fighting as insurgents against U.S. troops have come to light as have reports that Iran has ordered these European Muslims to be mixed in with Middle Eastern terrorists in the effort to hide their origin.  These reports are not that recent and the information has been known by the intelligence community for some time.
 

The Obvious Conclusion: 
 

Iran remains the stronghold of Islamic fanaticism throughout the world and the threat posed by that country acquiring nuclear weapons is one of nightmarish proportion.  The prevalent religious conviction dominating current day Iran is marked by the conviction that martyrdom is the sure path to paradise in the afterlife and the Iranian government’s dedication to sacrificing hundreds if not thousands of their own people to achieve their agenda is an irrefutable historical fact.  The government of Iran would not hesitate to use nuclear weapons against Israel or against U.S. troops in Iraq and the only thing that is stopping them is the fact that they have no yet developed them.
 

Any American administration that looks the other way while Iran develops nuclear weapons unhindered is criminally negligent.  If the Democratic Party wants to oppose the current Republican administration on these grounds they should be publicly branded for the traitors they are and the inevitable death and destruction that will surely result from their partisan finger pointing.  A nuclear Iran is not a partisan issue, it is an issue of survival for all American people as well as the American way of life and it must be addressed promptly because disaster is wildly pounding on the front door and we ignore it at the risk of liberty and the destruction of America.

An Associated Press news report carried in the Washington Post but less than visible elsewhere in the nation carries the news that that an al-Qaida group posted a web video showing the bodies of two American soldiers being drug behind a truck before one of them is decapitated and both are set on fire.  It was reported that the bodies, which are impossible to identify, are believed to be those of  Pfc. Kristian Menchaca, 23, and Pfc. Thomas Tucker, 25.  Both were reported as missing in action on June 16, 2006 after a terrorist attack on a checkpoint south of Baghdad.  Their mutilated remains were found three days later.  The soldiers were part of the 101st Airborne Division.

The AP Wire Service reported this afternoon that the suspect arrested in the grisly dragging death near Castle Rock, Colorado is a illegal Mexican immigrant. 

Authorities discovered a photograph of the suspect and an unidentified female near the woman’s body, which was found early Monday morning in a suburban neighborhood about 20 miles south of Denver. 

The man in the photograph, thirty-six year old Jose Luis Rubi-Nava, was arrested Tuesday night on suspicion of murdering the unidentified woman who was dragged behind a vehicle with a orange tow rope, leaving a trail of blood detectives claim was more than a mile long. The autopsy preformed on the woman indicated that she died of asphyxiation and head injuries resulting from being dragged. Jose Luis Rubi-Nava is being held without bail.

A woman goes to the post office to buy stamps for her Christmas cards. She says to the clerk, “May I have 50 Christmas stamps?”

The people of Butte, Mont., have been unhappy for many years about the nearby presence of the Berkeley Pit, a very large, highly odiferous, toxic lake filled with the runoff from arsenic, copper, cadmium, cobalt, iron, and zinc mines. Last year the town figured that tourists would actually pay to see the 900-foot-deep putrid mess covering 500 acres.  It turned out that attendance was so good they recently increased the admission price. In March, Deputy Fire Chief Leroy Johnson, 52, of Mesa, Ariz., retired from public service after becoming the highest elected official in the country in recent years (excluding all Democrats) to be witnessed having sex with a barnyard animal (a lamb). Speaking of meat . . . various labs in the United States, the Netherlands and Australia (reported by Toronto’s Globe and Mail in March), have been growing meat in test tubes and have said that dishes containing their discovery may soon be a staple in progressive kitchens across the planet.  Apparently it will be possible for users of this product to place starter cells and a package of growth medium into a meat maker (approximately the size of a coffee maker) and wake up to find a lump of sausage ready for their morning breakfast. Engineered meat would taste like beef or pork, but could be created to be as healthful as salmon.  A scientist at the Medical University of South Carolina has stated that at least one privately funded enterprise has told researchers that they were interested in growing human meat, but admitted that getting the idea past their investors would be difficult. The city of Los Angeles, California today is the model of what all cities in the United States will become in the near future if the American government continues to push forward with the trilateral Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America and George W. Bush’s dictatorial implementation of an immigration reform act that will kick out all of the stops and allow entry to another 100 million Mexican citizens over the next ten to fifteen years. Sixty-one percent of the people living in Los Angeles today do not speak English. English is not spoken in their homes or where they work. They don’t listen to English-language radio and TV programs. They don’t get their news from English-language newspapers and magazines. They don’t share our traditions, our culture, our history or our holidays and, when you get right down to it, they don’t give a rat’s furry butt about the welfare of this country or the citizens herein. For the chance to earn a few dollars that they can send home to Mexico they are more than willing to destroy the American culture, its morality, language, history, health, education, economic practices, and rule of law. They do not want to be a part of the United States. The American government keeps reminding us that we are a nation of immigrants and they want us to believe that the joy of diversity is a good trade off against the American identity and ideals quickly slipping from our grasp. The illegal immigrants flooding across our borders do not give a rat’s furry butt about diversity either, they came here for money. They were taught in Mexico that the southwestern part of the United States was stolen from them by the Americans and 58% of the Mexicans still think that the American southwest belongs to Mexico.

The United States has never been a nation of immigrants. Forty-eight of the fifty six people who signed the Declaration of Independence were native-born Americans and thirty two of the thirty nine people who signed the U.S. Constitution were born here in the United States. The United States as a nation of immigrants is nothing more than a convenient myth perpetrated by oily-tongued political hacks trying to convince the American people to buy into their personal agenda. America has allowed varying numbers of immigrants to come into this country at different times in our history but immigration controls have always been necessary to control the numbers and this country has never seen anything like the current influx of millions of undocumented illegal immigrants currently flooding into our country unchecked.

On Saturday August 26, 2006, an anti-illegal immigration group “Save Our State” (SOS) scheduled a legal march in Maywood, California to protest that city’s policy of providing sanctuary to all illegal Mexican immigrants and disbanding their police department’s traffic unit so that illegal aliens without driver’s licenses won’t be fearful of getting their cars towed. After the word got out that SOS had received a permit from the city for their march, local liberals from the pro-immigration side of the equation, along with Latino activists amassed several hundred counter-protestors to meet the few dozen SOS people that showed up. Riot police had to be called out after a few of the females among the SOS people were roughed up and one male was severely beaten. After the cops had their barricade established, the American flag flying over the U.S. Post Office was pulled down and replaced with a Mexican Flag while the counter-protestors shouted profanity and reconquista slogans at the Cops and SOS contingent.

There are 11,356 sexual predators in Los Angeles County who are registered on the Megan’s Law website. Of the 201 sexual predators listed on the first ten of the 568 pages needed to record all of Los Angeles County’s numerous rapists and pedophiles, there are 141 sexual predators with Hispanic surnames and 61 with non-Hispanic surnames. If the first ten pages can be considered as being representative of the remaining 558 pages, it can be estimated that, of the 11,356 sexual predators listed as living in Los Angeles County, slightly more than eight thousand have Hispanic surnames. Exactly how many of these individuals are also illegal immigrants is anybody’s guess because neither California nor any other state in the U.S. checks the immigration status of arrested sexual predators and the information is not provided or tracked by our government or our local authorities.

A confidential California Department of Justice study reported in 1995 that 60 percent of the 20,000-strong 18th Street Gang in southern California is illegal; police officers say the proportion is actually much greater. The bloody gang collaborates with the Mexican Mafia, the dominant force in California prisons, on complex drug-distribution schemes, extortion, and drive-by assassinations, and commits an assault or robbery every day in L.A. County. The gang has grown dramatically over the last two decades by recruiting recently arrived youngsters, most of them illegal, from Central America and Mexico. The leadership of the Columbia Lil’ Cycos gang, which uses murder and racketeering to control the drug market around L.A.’s MacArthur Park, was about 60 percent illegal in 2002, says former assistant U.S. attorney Luis Li. Francisco Martinez, a Mexican Mafia member and an illegal alien, controlled the gang from inside a California prison, while serving time for felonious reentry into the United States following deportation.

The future of the American way of life is staring you in the face. The prosperity of your country and the sovereignty of our borders are at risk. The substance of America, the things that you, your children and your grandchildren must have to become educated, grow in prosperity and participate in the greatest democracy known to man are now being quietly erased. The ability to live securely, work hard and retire comfortably is in danger of sure destruction by America’s elected political representatives who are willing to sacrifice your way of life for the benefit of criminal immigrants who are even now spreading like a plague across our land. The only sane answer to the problem is not an immigration reform bill that allow more immigration and relaxes border security beyond their current state of complete incompetence, it is in the overall reduction of immigration quotas to a manageable level, the elimination of automatic citizenship for children of illegal immigrants born in the U.S., enforcement of the prohibition against dual-citizenship, the denial of welfare benefits and all U.S. taxpayer funded social programs to illegal immigrants and stiff back-breaking penalties for American companies employing illegal immigrants. The implementation and strict enforcement of these laws will eliminate any need for a wall because their implementation would eliminate the illusive carrot of employment and prosperity that is currently being dangled in front of the Mexican people by American corporations

I have lived in California for most of my life. I have grown up and lived around the Mexican people and I know that many of them are hard working people of good character. Then again you could say the same for the Japanese, Chinese, Canadian, Vietnamese, Lebanese, African and Iranian illegal immigrants as well. The fact of the matter is, the United States is only so big and the generosity of the American taxpayers is not infinite. 11 Million Illegal Mexican immigrants have had a huge impact on the United States and its people. That impact might not be felt as strongly in some parts of the country as it is in Santa Ana or Whittier, California, parts of Texas and Arizona but if you don’t understand the impact felt by American citizens in these immigrant inundated areas of the country then you are missing a huge piece of the problem that many politicians believe can be solved with an amnesty bill that will not only allow the current crop to send back home for their relatives, but will act as encouragement for even more illegal aliens to come here in the future.

Between 2000 and 2004, more that 1.1 million working American citizens were laid off by employers who replaced them with illegal immigrants willing to work at a lower wage. These are not jobs that American citizens will not do. These are jobs that American citizens have been thrown out of in favor of illegal immigrants willing to work for a fraction of the money and no benefits. The construction and manufacturing industries that provided the bread and butter occupations for hundreds of thousands of middle-class American citizens since the end of World War II are becoming inundated with illegal immigrants willing to work for lower wages. Construction companies and manufacturing outfits unwilling to hire the illegal aliens are being forced into bankruptcy because they can not compete with the companies that do. Illegal immigrants have moved into every occupational field in the United States. Illegal aliens occupy the majority of agriculture jobs and the service industry but they are not just filling casual labor positions such as gardeners, laborers and domestics. They work in all phases of the manufacturing industry as electricians, maintenance mechanics and machinists. On construction sites across America they can be found working as carpenters, plumbers, heavy equipment operators, welders and masons. These are not jobs that Americans will not do. These are jobs that Americans are being denied. Traditionally, these are the jobs that required Americans citizens to spend four to five years in an apprenticeship program learning the trade and practicing their skills. These were the satisfying, stable and good paying jobs that American men were proud to have and millions of Americans built their lives, their homes and their families on the occupations that are today no longer available to many because illegal immigrants will do the work for half the wages and no benefits. America’s skilled craftsmen are not the only ones being hurt by this invasion, office workers and hospital nurses supplied by temporary employment agencies not complying with immigration policies are beginning to take their toll on America’s two income families and single mothers struggling to provide for their children.

Our children can not learn to read and write because our floundering school systems are used as a makeshift day care centers for thousands of children who speak only their non-English native tongue. The student population of many Southern California public schools is boiling over with the no-English speaking children of illegal immigrants who place little value on education. The American educational system overall has been forced to lower their academic standards across the board in order to provide some level of educational opportunity to the children of the illegal aliens flooding across our borders from Vietnam, Nicaragua, Cambodia, Mexico and everywhere else on the planet. The direct consequence of lowering the standards is demonstrated by the fact that our schools are failing to educate all children equally. American schools are turning out only a small fraction of the engineers needed by American industry. There are far less students considering majors in science and math in this country than ever before. California recently had to implement a basic skills test just to ensure that potential high school graduates could read and write to a low eighth grade level. At the junior college level, there are programs established by the state of California to subsidize the education of illegal immigrants while the unsubsidized cost per unit for an American citizen living in California runs approximately $78.00 per unit and two to three times that amount if the student is from another state. The fact that the only way to get your children educated in this country is to pay $1200 per month per child for private schooling, simply defies reason. The public school system that was established to provide educational opportunity for American children has become a dysfunctional nightmare overpopulated with ethnic street gangs, illegal drugs brought across our porous borders and millions of illegal immigrant children speaking every language on the planet except English. If the future of this country is truly in the hands of today’s American children, we, as American citizens, are paying good money to have the seeds of our own future destruction planted in our most fertile fields.

Health care costs are steadily rising across the United States. More American citizens than ever are faced with the choice between eating and healthcare. For many American’s, healthcare is not an option, they simply can’t afford it. Eighty-four California hospitals are closing their doors as a direct result of being legally obligated to provide medical care for uninsured illegal immigrants who use hospital emergency rooms as primary health care providers without any intention of ever paying for the services rendered. Sixty percent of Los Angeles County’s uninsured patients are not U.S. citizens. According to the State Association of Hospitals, California’s public health system is “on the brink of collapse.” “The hospitals are closing because of the totality of the uninsured,” said Dr. Thomas Garthwaite, director of the Los Angeles County Health Department. California’s taxpayers are the HMO service providers to the world. In 2005 California taxpayers were forced to shoulder the burden of the $340 million dollars that Los Angeles County alone expended for the treatment of uninsured illegal immigrants. While legal immigrants are given a health screen to make sure they are not carrying communicable diseases into our country and that they are not addicted to illicit drugs before they can qualify for lawful permanent residency green cards, illegal immigrants wandering into our country across our unsecured borders are not screened for medical problems or anything else. As a consequence, illegal immigrants have been apprehended in this country with drug-resistant tuberculosis, malaria, leprosy, plague, polio, dengue, and Chagas disease. Ironically, our President has voiced the opinion that he doesn’t see anything wrong with illegal aliens coming into our country and working as cooks in public restaurants because Americans do not want those jobs.

One out of every five of immigrant households are enrolled in welfare programs, compared with 13.3 percent of native households. The poverty rate for immigrants is double that of native-born Americans. Twenty-two percent of U.S. residents reported as living in poverty are immigrants with U.S.-born children. Illegal immigrants are taking full advantage of government provided benefits such as Medicaid, State Children’s Health Insurance Program, other public health benefits, food stamps, school lunch, Head Start, housing assistance, and child care services all at the expense of American taxpayers. The high price of cheap labor is crushing the American taxpayer and forcing them from their homes and jobs in record numbers.

In Los Angeles, illegal aliens account for 95 percent of all outstanding warrants for homicide and two-thirds of all fugitive felony warrants in Los Angeles are for illegal aliens. The US Department of Customs and Border Protection claims that of the 1.1 million illegal aliens apprehended within US borders by the Border Patrol agents last year, 140 thousand were wanted criminals with felony warrants including 2000 child sexual predators. One out of every six inmates in the Arizona jail system is a Mexican citizen. More than 25 American law officers and countless private citizens of this country have been murdered by illegal immigrants in the last thirty years. A band of Mexican army deserters that smuggles illicit drugs into the United States across the southern Texas border is offering bounties of up to $50,000 for the murder of U.S. Border Patrol agents and state and local police officers. Jordan High School in Long Beach and Locke High School in Los Angeles have both suffered recent riots involving Mexican immigrants. Is there any wonder why, despite the billions of dollars in American tax money spent on our governments war on drugs, that the streets of every large American city is awash in illegal narcotics? The illegal immigrants coming into the United States are violating US laws by entering our country without permission; however, their illegal activity does not end there. The receipt of wages earned from which no taxes have been withheld and no effort is made to pay those taxes is a criminal violation of state and federal tax laws. This is commonly defined as tax evasion. Applying for and receiving public assistance without giving an accurate disclosure of one’s untaxed wages is considered welfare fraud. Knowingly putting false information on the DMV application when one applies for a driver’s license or state identification card is a criminal offense. Driving an automobile without a driver’s license is a criminal offense and it is a violation of state law in California to drive without automobile insurance. The violation of US Immigration laws by entering this country illegally is merely the starting point and while most Americans could be persuaded to overlook one misdemeanor violation by an individual, maybe even two misdemeanor violations, however, twelve million individuals violating countless state and federal laws on a regular basis is incomprehensible.
If American corporations need more workers than what America can provide, let them push for raising the quotas on legal immigration across the board. Subverting the immigration laws of this country to increase their supply of cheap labor should carry stiff penalties and criminal sentences. Honestly speaking, these corporations are simply looking for slaves; they are looking for a source of cheap uneducated labor that has no concept of American occupational safety and health laws, environmental laws and labor laws. They want people that they can abuse and swindle to their hearts content. People who will willingly and desperately work for wages that are half or less than the minimum required by law, people that will work without the proper personal protective equipment required by law, people who will work twelve or sixteen hour shifts without overtime compensation and people who they can fire should they get hurt working a dangerous job with no safety equipment rather than file for Worker’s Compensation. Legal immigrants learn about these rights and benefits during the naturalization process of becoming a U.S. Citizen but illegal immigrants don’t know anything and are easy to take advantage of. I have seen illegal Mexican immigrants working for a foreign car import service who were making three or four dollars an hour to remove the cosmoline from the cars after they were taken off the ships in San Pedro. With nothing to protect them but a bunch of rags and a pair of rubber gloves and some rubber boots, these guys would spray a mixture of heated hydrocarbon solvents onto the cars using high pressure spray nozzles. They breathed the fumes from this garbage as it dripped down from the cars on the racks and covered them entirely. It went into the eyes and ate away at their skin. None of them lasted more than a month before they got sick, fired and were replaced by another illegal desperately looking for work. While they worked at this place they were required to live at the foreman’s house because he brought them to work and took them home afterwards. He also charged them rent for the bed they slept on in his garage and he charged them for the food they ate, the laundry facilities and to use the phone. After a month of this work none of them could have managed to save more than fifty dollars, they were sick and had open abscesses all over their bodies from the solvents and the cosmoline, most of them had permanently damaged their health in the course of this employment and to show their gratitude, when the cars in that shipment were all processed the company would call in immigration to round them up for deportation rather than fork over the few hundred dollars they earned. The guy that ran this company was a socially active and well-respected multi-millionaire member of his community and a member of the Long Beach Equestrian Police Force with connections up the kazoo and after he died and went straight to h3ll, his son took over the operation without changing anything and is still running it today. This situation is not the deviation you would hope. It is actually more the norm. Corporate America is pushing for immigration reform because they know that it will give them more victims to take advantage of, younger and in better health than the ones they have already used up. The well-meaning liberal Democrats among us may think they are doing these poor people a big favor by this push for immigration reform but in reality all they are doing is playing the sucker for corporate America’s most favored form of institutionalized slavery. The best favor anyone could give these people is a ticket home and a giant wall to discourage them from coming back here illegally.
