Good Riddance
Not that I really care what he does so long as he goes away, but John Edwards, the Democrat’s third-place contender for President, officially threw in the towel on his second presidential bid. He was quoted as saying, “It is time for me to step aside so that history can blaze its path.”
This may be the first time in John Edward’s life that he has done something good for America. Now if we could only get the Republican’s all too liberal John McCain to do the same thing we might be able to improve this nation’s odds of survival into the next decade.
