FROM BAD TO WORSE
As the political prostitutes in Washington D.C. prepare to vote on a healthcare reform act that will break the financial backs of many American workers and destroy the worlds finest health care system and begin closing in on their idea of immigration reform (amnesty and entitlements for 40 million illegal alien future Democrats) the venerable Washington Post announced Saturday that the unemployment rate in the U.S. has soared to 10.2% according to the U.S. Labor Department. For those unaware of the facts, 10.2% is the highest unemployment rate in 26 years and the last time it was that high was during President Reagan’s first term of office, a term he spent trying to clean up the mess left to him by Jimmy Carter (the white version of Barack Obama).
The really bad news is that there is no end in sight and the unemployment rate is unlikely to do anything but rise which simply means that the Democrats are going to have to look at raising business taxes because the American people, who are still working, are taxed out. Unfortunately, raising business taxes will cause more layoffs and bankruptcies as America sinks deeper into Obama’s economic black hole (no pun intended). This is seriously bad news for the Democratic Party because if they can’t find somebody or something to tax the hell out of quickly all of their intended entitlement programs will fall apart and if they can’t pay people to vote for them they will be in a bad way for future elections. However, they are professional politicians and they will find a way to fix their problems even if means everybody else gets screwed in the process.
