Biden’s Prediction Comes True, Obama Is Tested And He Fails

On May 31, 2009, The White House, Office of the Press Secretary issued the following statement by Barack Obama regarding the killing of late term abortionist, Dr. George Tiller, “I am shocked and outraged by the murder of Dr. George Tiller as he attended church services this morning. However profound our differences as Americans over difficult issues such as abortion, they cannot be resolved by heinous acts of violence.” At the time Barack Obama issued this statement, the investigation into the Tiller’s shooting had been underway for only a few hours. The official investigators knew little and Barack Obama knew even less, and yet it did not stop Obama from implying a connection between what appeared to be the intentional killing of DR. Tiller and the numerous groups of anti-abortion advocates opposed to the practice in general, and more specifically, to the primary physician practicing extremely late term abortions on women carrying potentially viable, yet unborn children. The official, but somewhat premature statement of Obama was quickly picked up by MSNBC “journalists” who further amplified Obama’s patently obvious implication relating the shooter to anti-abortion groups by stating in their report that “authorities were investigating whether he had any connection to anti-abortion groups.

When the white, Cambridge, Mass. police sergeant Joseph Crowley arrested the black Harvard Professor, Henry Louis Gates Jr. on June 16, 2009, as a result of Professor Gate’s resistance and belligerent, abusive outburst directed at the police sergeant officially conducting an investigation of a 911 call about a possible burglary, Barack Hussein Obama, the alleged President of the United States, and a close friend of Henry Louis Gates Jr., quickly responded by stating that the Cambridge, Mass. police “acted stupidly.” At the time of his statement, Obama did not know the chronological facts of what led up to his friends arrest, but that did not stop him from condemning the arrest of his friend and it did not dissuade him from portraying the actions of the Cambridge police sergeant as “stupid,” nor did it stop him from implying that the arrest of his friend was possibly a act of racial profiling.

On November 5, 2009, a thirty-nine year old Islamic Major, Nidal Malik Hasan, an American born son of Palestinian immigrants, and an Army educated mental health counselor serving in the United States Army at Fort Hood near Killen, Texas repeatedly shouts “Allahu Akbar” as he pumps the triggers of his two semi-automatic pistols more than 100 time, firing bullets into the bodies of American soldiers awaiting deployment to Afghanistan, killing thirteen and wounding approximately thirty others before he is shot multiple times and his murderous rampage comes to an end. The American news media quickly picks up on the fact that Major Hasan is a Muslim and later in the day it is reported that he was transferred to Fort Hood from Walter Reed Army Medical Center where he spent his first six years of military service, first as an intern and later as a senior psychiatric resident. It is also reported that Major Hasan actions at Walter Reed had been reported to the FBI and to authorities in the Joint Terrorism Task Force. In 2007, Hasan delivered a presentation to supervisors and about 25 other medical staffers at Walter Reed regarding the potential threat of American Muslims in the U.S. Military who he stated then were having an increasingly difficult time morally justifying their service to a “military that seems constantly engaged against fellow Muslims.” That presentation was concluded by Major Hasan with the statement, “Fighting to establish an Islamic State to please God, even by force, is condoned by the Islam.” He recommended that Muslims be granted consideration as “Conscientious Objectors” and that “Muslim Soldiers should not serve in any capacity that renders them at risk to hurting/killing believers unjustly.

American law enforcement authorities, including the FBI and the Joint Terrorism Task Force knew that Nidal Malik Hasan had attended services at the Dar al-Hijrah Islamic Center in Falls Church, Virginia in 2001 at the same time that 9-11 bombers Nawaf al-Hamzi and Hani Hanjour were receiving “spiritual guidance” from Anwar al-Awlaki at the Islamic Center. The Joint Terrorism Task Force were fully aware that Nidal Malik Hasan and Anwar al-Awlaki were exchanging extensive email communications, furthermore, the Joint Terrorism Task Force had access to the concerns and complaints expressed by numerous fellow staff members and associates of Hasan including the recommendation from his immediate supervisor at Walter Reed recommending Hasan’s discharge. These concerns and complaints cover an extensive part of Nidal Malik Hasan’s military career and demonstrate Hasan’s transformation as his personal sense of anxiety increased and the ethical concerns he felt as a Muslim involved in America’s war on global Islamic terrorism became vocal expressions of anti-American sentiment and he began to verbally portray Islamic jihadists as heroic freedom fighter’s in a holy war against the unjustified aggression of the American military.

A report by the NEFA Foundation, a nonprofit anti-terrorist watchdog group, indicates that Anwar al-Awlaki is a key player in al Qaeda’s campaign to radicalize and incite American Muslims to commit terrorist acts. The five incompetent Islamic jihadists apprehended by the authorities as they planned an attack against the American soldiers stationed at Fort Dix, New Jersey were recorded during wiretapped conversations as they talked excitedly about the content of an Anwar al-Awlaki lecture. Transcripts and audio recordings of Awlaki numerous lectures were discovered among the possessions of individuals charged as accomplices to the eight suicide bombers who detonated homemade peroxide & acetone bombs in three of London’s underground trains and on one double-decker bus during the coordinated July 7, 2005 terrorist attack that claimed 57 lives and injured about 700 people. Canadian authorities found audio recordings of Awlaki’s lectures among the possessions of the 18 Canadian Muslims arrested in Toronto for their June 2006 plot to attack the Canadian Parliament. Syed Haris Ahmed, a naturalized American Citizen born in Pakistan, and former engineering student at the Georgia Institute of Technology, praised Anwar al-Awlaki for his motivating lectures during his conspiracy trial in an Atlanta federal court where he was convicted of supporting terrorist activities by video taping potential terrorist targets in the United States, including the U.S. Capitol, the Pentagon, the George Washington National Masonic Memorial in Alexandria, the World Bank and fuel storage tanks near Interstate 95 in Northern Virginia. Syed Haris Ahmed sent copies of his video recordings to Younis Tsouli, an al Queda computer hacker, web site designer and al Qaeda’s primary Internet uber-recruiter of foreign Muslims, and to Aabid Hussein Khan, an associate of numerous Pakistani Islamic militant groups and another of al Qaeda’s elite team of Internet recruiters. Syed Haris Ahmed has been held in solitary confinement in an Atlanta federal penitentiary since the time of his arrest and currently faces a maximum prison term of 15 years following his June, 2009 conviction. Meanwhile, Younis Tsouli and Aabid Hussein Khan have been convicted of separate terrorism-related crimes in British courts. American law enforcement agents arrested Ahmed in March 2006, and he has been held in solitary confinement in an Atlanta federal penitentiary since that time. He faces a statutory maximum prison term of 15 years when he is sentenced this fall.

Good old fashioned common sense is the standard characteristic shared by competent investigators. The sort of common sense that tells us that where there is smoke there is probably fire is refined, distilled and honed to a fine edge by years of investigating experience to a point where it surpasses mere common sense and becomes a finely developed and instinctual talent to identify patterns of behavior predicting potential future actions of concern. Common sense clearly indicated that Major Nidal Malik Hasan was headed down the path of destruction and if there was one competent investigator among the many FBI agents and members of the Joint Terrorism Task Force, that fact would have been blatantly apparent. There were simply too many blinking dots on Hasan’s chronological map to dismiss them all as the product of coincidence. Even an incompetent investigator would see the obvious connection between them and it is entirely beyond the scope of imagination to believe that no investigator hit the panic button after reviewing the multitude of obvious facts. Essentially, I do not believe that the government or the news media is telling us the truth about the investigation. I believe if the facts were handed to the investigators within the FBI or the Joint Terrorism Task Force the investigators would hit the panic button because the facts simply do not warrant ignoring the threat. Ultimately, this leaves us with two possible conclusions, the first is that the facts were never given to the investigators and the second is that they were, the investigators raised the alarm and their superiors vetoed any further investigation on their own or were told to do so by someone with greater authority. Major Nidal Malik Hasan, after all, a Muslim whose parents came from Pakistan, he is a member of a very vocal minority group in the United States and there are very few Muslims in the American military. Any evidence short of catching him in the act of stuffing ball bearings into a suicide vest full of C4 would undoubtedly result in charges of racial and religious profiling, harassment and discrimination. Knowing the Hasan was a fanatical Islamic fundamentalist and a ticking bomb looking for a place to explode might have earned him a one way ticket to Guantanamo during the previous administration, but under the Obama administration, the mere fact that someone is a fanatical Islamic fundamentalist and a ticking bomb looking for a place to explode is insufficient justification to warrant further scrutiny. We had to wait until he killed thirteen American soldiers and wounded thirty more before giving the matter a closer look. We should be asking ourselves what message the after-action report of this incident has for those among the estimated 7 million Muslims living in this country that are leaning toward the same ideology.

Barack Obama receives daily reports from all U.S. intelligence agencies, including the FBI and the Joint Terrorism Task Force with respect to what is going on in the world and here in the United States. He is kept up to date on potential threats, individuals who are being investigated and the progress of those investigations. It is safe to assume that Barack Obama knew many of the facts about Nidal Malik Hasan prior to November 5, 2009 and yet on November 6th he releases a statement saying “This morning I met with FBI Director Mueller and the relevant agencies to discuss their ongoing investigation into what caused one individual to turn his gun on fellow servicemen and women. We don’t know all the answers yet and I would caution against jumping to conclusions until we have all the facts.

For someone with a demonstrated propensity for shooting his mouth off without the benefit of knowing the facts beforehand, Obama’s November 6th comment regarding the Fort Hood shootings seems remarkably reserved, especially in light of the fact that he had to be aware of Hasan’s glaringly apparent ties to radical Islamic fundamentalists inside the U.S. long before the Major went over the edge and started his rampage. He obviously didn’t need any facts before condemning Cambridge, Mass. police sergeant Joseph Crowley’s actions as being “stupid” nor did he wait for the facts before expressing his outrage and shock over the killing of Dr. George Tiller and implying that Tiller’s death might be linked to anti-abortion groups, but when an Major in the U.S. Army launches a terrorist attack at an American military installation resulting in the death of 13 American soldiers and wounding 30 others, Obama cautions the American people “against jumping to conclusions until we have all the facts.

The “facts” are that the comprehensive investigation that should have taken place into the activities and mental stability of Major Hasan was suppressed when the Major should have been hauled in and put under a microscope. What should have happened was not allowed because the security of this nation was hindered by the thick fog of political correctness that has descended over all departments of our government. When politics and the demands of political correctness are the primary concern of government, intelligence agencies cannot operate, law enforcement agencies cannot do what is expected of them, our military forces overseas are restricted from taking appropriate actions in their own defense and everyone working in government is afraid to move because of the possible repercussions that might follow, that is the fact that is most apparent, and it is a fact that has developed only since Obama took office.

Nidal Malik Hasan’s attack on the soldiers at Fort Hood was the act of a radical Islamic terrorist. That is a fact. Furthermore, Nidal Malik Hasan’s attack on the soldiers at Fort Hood was the first successful Islamic terrorist attack carried out on American soil since the September 11, 2001 attacks. Throughout the seven years of George W. Bush’s administration following the 9-11 attacks by al Qaeda terrorists, President Bush promised the American people that it was the last time we would be caught with our guard down. Bush successfully delivered on that promise, and despite numerous attempts by Islamic terrorists, during the seven remaining years of his administration, no successful attack took place until ten months after George Bush left office and Barack Hussein Obama took over. That is a fact and no leaping of conclusions is required to know that it is true. For eight years the Democrats whined and bitched and moaned over every thing that George Bush did while he was in office, but the fact is that George Bush made the safety of the American people from terrorist attacks his number one priority. Barack Hussein Obama has made political correctness and blaming others for his mistakes his number one priority. Joe Biden was correct when he said that Obama would be tested during his first year of office. That first test came on November 5th and Barack Obama failed. He can expect to be tested again and again as a result of that failure, and we can safely assume that in every case he will fail and fail miserably.
